Straight away after purchasing a VoIP licence! If you have ordered telephone equipment it will take approximately 3-5 working days for them to arrive. However, by downloading the app onto your phone you can make calls instantaneous.
With traditional phone lines, if you had a power cut, you do not have back-up. However, with our VoIP phone service, if your internet cuts out, you can always use your mobile cellular data, or another WIFI source.
It’s up to you! You can use your smart phone or tablet too make and receive calls by downloading our app. If your team prefer to use headsets and telephone devices, you can order VoIP compatible equipment during you quote with us.
Alternatively, if you already own traditional phone line equipment, you can purchase adaptors which allow you to use you VoIP licence – However, this may restrict additional features you have brought.
